Why I Created This

I first understood what it meant to truly live during a summer in Umbria. Not the tourist Italy of postcards, but the real Italy—where nonnas gossip in the piazza at dusk, where a simple meal becomes a three-hour celebration, where life moves at the pace of a good conversation.

I watched families gather for aperitivo not because they had to, but because it was unthinkable not to. I saw neighbors who had known each other for generations still finding joy in the daily ritual of connection. And I realized: this is what we've lost.

In America, we've optimized everything except what matters. We have faster phones but slower relationships. We have more connections but less community. We've forgotten that the good life—la dolce vita—isn't found in achievement, but in presence.

Dolce Vita Social Club is my answer to this modern loneliness. It's not just a space—it's a philosophy made physical. A place where the Italian art of living isn't just admired, but practiced. Where we remember that our deepest need isn't productivity, but belonging.

"We don't need another members club. We need a place that remembers what clubs were meant to be—a home away from home, where strangers become family."

This club is for the dreamers who know there must be more. For the professionals who are tired of networking and hungry for genuine friendship. For anyone who has ever looked at their calendar and thought: "I'm busy, but am I alive?"

Welcome to the club. Welcome home.
